Fins the Fish

Fins' morning feeding time.
He snatched up his pellet with a swoop!

Did you see that Mom?

Little Red Hat

She's off and running with Mommy's snow hat.
"O.K., if you insist I'll sit for a picture"

And....if you bribe me with a treat, I'll even give you a big smile!

YIPPEE!! MORE SNOW!

Well, the white stuff hung around through the night and we even accumulated some more...quite a bit more actually! Because of the snow all the schools were closed in Victoria....yep, that's what I remember liking on this side of the country...a bit of snow, and NO SCHOOL! I always wondered when they were going to call a snow day when I went to university in Ontario...I think it may have happened once for an evening exam and another time due to freezing rain, but that was it!

Yeah!! It's SNOWING!!!

Matthew and Daddy built a snowman. This is Matthew's first one....can you believe it? Goes to show we haven't had much snowfall in the last couple of years.
Taiya's first sight of snowfall. And Matthew hadn't seen it in a year so he was so excited too.

Giggles while riding in the sleigh.

Big Brother was happy to assist with pulling and the two of them had a blast.

We all love the snow!!!....well, I don't really know about Daddy 'cause he's seen so much while growing up in Ontario, but he still enjoys playing in it with the kids. Keep coming white stuff!

A very big snowball!

Daycare Party Hats

The kids enjoyed a birthday celebration at daycare this past Friday, and came home wearing their specialty crafted party hats - it's always a hit. Also, just had to add the kids snuggling one another....and it wasn't even forced upon them - too sweet!

IT" S POTTY TIME!!

Taiya has really mastered the "art" of potty business. She initiated things this past summer at 18 mos., and is well on her way. As you can see, she pretty much has all the steps mastered and enjoys her independence with these skills. Way to go little one!
